41 Woodbridge Crescent underground parking garage restoration
Restoration

41 Woodbridge
Crescent

The restoration at 41 Woodbridge Crescent required a highly controlled approach to exposing and rehabilitating critical structural elements within an existing underground parking garage.

Graebeck Construction executed a carefully sequenced excavation to access the structure's foundation systems, enabling detailed assessment and targeted rehabilitation. Concrete repairs were carried out with a focus on long-term performance, addressing deterioration while maintaining the integrity of surrounding structural elements.

Once restored, the structure was protected with a comprehensive waterproofing system designed to mitigate future water infiltration and extend the service life of the facility. The project concluded with the careful backfilling and reinstatement of the excavated areas.

This project highlights Graebeck's ability to manage technically demanding restoration work in constrained conditions, balancing structural requirements, sequencing, and site sensitivity to deliver a durable, well-coordinated outcome.
