Graebeck Construction delivered a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot industrial facility for Les Ateliers Beau-Roc in Vars, Ontario, custom-built to support the company's precision manufacturing and finishing operations.

The facility was designed and engineered from the ground up to support heavy industrial operations. Structural provisions for multiple overhead cranes were integrated into the building design, providing Les Ateliers Beau-Roc with the lifting capacity their manufacturing processes demand. A dedicated industrial paint booth was designed and constructed to meet environmental and occupational health regulations, with appropriate ventilation, fire suppression, and containment systems.

The building also includes a heavy-duty steel press area with reinforced floor slabs, designed to accommodate the dynamic loads of industrial pressing equipment. Professional office spaces were integrated within the facility envelope, providing administrative and managerial functions within a unified, purpose-built facility.

Delivered on schedule and within budget, the Beau-Roc facility represents Graebeck's capability in complex industrial design-build projects requiring tight coordination between structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineering disciplines.
